In using ufeedmeback.com you are expected to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. The website is available only to individuals who are 13 and older.

Defined Terms For purposes of the Terms, the following defined terms shall have thesemeanings:
-"Users", "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website andaccepting ufeedmeback's terms and conditions.
-"The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to ufeedmeback.com.
-"Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or
-"Designers" refers to our "Users", the designers that will be requesting feedbacks.
-"Feedbackers" refers to the superior level designers that will be providing feedback to the "designers".
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.


Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the ufeedmeback on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual users. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our users. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.


We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your emailaddress for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by ufeedmeback.com will only be in connection to inform our users of any changes if the user chooses to be part of our email list.


Disclaimer
Exclusions and Limitations
Most of the content on ufeedmeback is provided by our users, including their images of a project submitted to receive feedback from our Feedbackers.
This excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT IF YOU RECEIVE A FEEDBACK FROM A FEEDBACKERS THAT YOUR CLIENT WILL BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR WORK, IT IS UP TO YOU TO DETERMINED IF YOU WANT TO APPLY THE FEEDBACKS FROM OUR FEEDBACKER OR NOT) and/or consequential and incidental damages.
The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of yourstatutory rights as a consumer are affected.


Payment
You currently can only add credits ($) to your account by making a payment using the services of PayPal.

Any money that you deposit into your account as credit must be used to pay for feedbacks & their fees only.

You authorise ufeedmeback to
[designers requesting feedback]
-at your request debit money from your Credits, to pay for a feedback you choose to get from one of the Feedbackers
[designers giving feedback "Feedbackers]
-once you receive a request to provide a feedback you will need to provide a valid and fair feedback to the designer, once the feedback is received you will be credited directly to your PayPal account.


Ufeedmeback will not refund any money that you deposit into your account as a Buyer. Any money that you deposit into your account as a Buyer, that are not used for a period of 12 months, will be forfeited to ufeedmeback. Ufeedmeback may, but is not obliged to, warn you about the forfeiture before it occurs. Ufeedmeback is not a licensed financial service provider, nor does it conduct the business of banking in USA and ufeedmeback provides its services as a cashier using a payment processing service rather than a banking service as defined in the Banking Act 1959 (Cth).


Fees
You do not have to pay a fee to become a Member. However you do have to pay a $2.00 fee to request feedback from our Feedbackers. Also each Feedbacker has the right and option to charge you for their feedback, a list of Feedbackers and their Fee will be listed whenever you upload a design, you may choose as many Feedbackers as you wish.
All references on the Sites to "$" and "dollars" are to the lawful currency of the United States of America. All prices on the Sites are expressed in US currency. The Buyer is responsible for all costs of currency conversion.Where a payment is made by ufeedmeback to a Feedbacker, the Feedbacker is responsible for all costs of converting the amount of the payment from US currency into his or her preferred currency.


Termination.
Ufeedmeback may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your ufeedmeback account, you may simply send us an email to info@ufeedmeback.com requesting you account to be closed. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


Cancellation Policy
We currently don't provide this option.

Closing an account
If you want to permanently close your account you must send a request to info@ufeedmeback.com you will need to provide proof that the account really belongs to you.


Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to- know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.


Cookies
Like most interactive web sites this Company's website [or ISP] uses cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate partners may also use cookies.
